One way to lend a helping hand to the financially underprivileged community in India is to get placements for them in Germany and other European countries.

Together with IGCHS, Abhayam starts the initiation of this goal within the following steps:

1. The nursing candidates of Abhayam don’t have to pay any agency fees to get the placement.
2. The maximum service charge does not exceed 50,000 Rs for all activities, including flight charge. It’ll be completely free for people with yellow and Orange ration cards and other recruited persons, the maximum service charge does not exceed 100,000.
3. The language training fees will be paid back to the Abhayam candidates. After sign the Job contract.
4. The recruitment agencies keep internationally recognized ethical and social regulations for the recruitment of skilled workers.
5. Abhayam recommends the placement in hospitals and healthcare centres that follow the standards of the German Health Ministries and the German competence centre for international specialists in the healthcare professions (DKF).
6. Back support of Abhayam for the first 2-3 years till the candidate get confidence, get integrated in the German society. A Abhayam office will guide you in the problem situations.
